Access opens on purchase or on an entitlement issued by a unit, enrolment completes without staff intervention, and each course is delivered as short learning pockets and mock investigations a learner starts, pauses, and resumes around casework. Pace is the learner's; prerequisites, controlled evidence release, and assessment conditions are not.

À la carte courses are quoted as a one-off price per course per learner. All Access is quoted per seat on an annual term, with volume bands for units and agency-wide terms for larger deployments. No public price list is published — send your course list or seat count and we will return a written quote and the procurement documentation your agency requires.

No. Recognition is independent of payment method. An à-la-carte learner and an All Access learner who satisfy identical requirements receive the identical award, the identical wording, the identical verification status, and the identical validity. À-la-carte study builds the same competency record and remains eligible for Level Credentials, Stream Credentials, and Professional Certifications.

They stay yours. An earned recognition does not depend on maintaining a subscription. Ending a subscription closes access to courses you have not purchased outright; it does not withdraw a Course Certificate, a Level or Stream Credential, or a Professional Certification already awarded.

No. Courses already purchased are credited toward an All Access subscription taken within the same term, and nothing already completed is repeated. The competency record carries across intact, so a learner who moves between the two routes keeps every completion.

Serving law enforcement investigators, digital forensics examiners, and intelligence analysts who already hold general investigative competence. The Academy teaches the technical interpretation of handset, cellular network, cloud, and app evidence; it does not teach general investigation, interviewing, or case management.

One device class and four evidence surfaces: the mobile handset itself, the cellular network activity around it, the cloud accounts it authenticates and synchronizes with, and the apps running on it. Computer, server, vehicle, and other non-mobile forensics are outside the defined scope, which is what keeps the curriculum deep rather than broad.

The Academy uses four recognition layers: a Course Certificate for mastery of one course, a Level Credential for breadth at a stated Foundation, Practitioner, Advanced, or Specialist Level, a Stream Credential for specialization within one named stream at a stated Level, and — at the top tier — a Professional Certification: ET-CMEP, ET-CMRA, or ET-CMES in a named specialization. Only that top tier uses the words Certified and Certification.

A course is approximately eight learner hours, delivered in short learning pockets so an investigator can progress between casework.

As a support tool under published limits. During live assessment, AI may support administration, accessibility, technical recovery, and securely controlled scoring assistance. It may not coach, generate conclusions, reveal answers, or make the final Professional Certification decision, and every consequential AI-supported result receives human review.

Yes. Every learner completes the gateway course ET-S00-F01, then a unit can prioritise the streams that match its casework — cellular network and carrier records, Apple, Google and Android cloud evidence, third-party apps, handset forensics, timeline, or mobile location analysis — and add streams later. Each of those streams is also the study route toward its own Stream Credential and, at the top tier, an ET-CMES specialization.
